2. Appointment Bookings & Payments

Sessions are booked in advance. Payment details will be provided during your discovery call or at the time of booking.

If payment is not received prior to your session, your booking may be postponed.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations or non-attendance may incur a session fee, as the appointment time has been held exclusively for you.

4. Confidentiality

Your privacy is respected. Information shared in sessions remains confidential except where:

  • There is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others
  • Required by Australian law
  • A court order requests information

In these situations, necessary disclosures may be made to protect your safety or comply with legal obligations.

5. Online Counselling

When attending online sessions, you are responsible for ensuring you have a private, safe, and stable environment. Technical issues may occasionally occur; if so, your session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

7. Disclaimer
